Returns & Refunds Policy

At the QPR Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused items in their original condition within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns note included in your original package, indicating the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or a refund.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items back into their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the completed returns form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Post Your Parcel

  Send your package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service. Please retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
